Boxing Champions.

1. Anyone who steps into the ring is a brave soul but some are braver than others. There are two who have become legends in and out of the ring. Both of them are true boxing champions – one of them "The Greatest” Muhammad Ali – charismatic, ant anti-war activist, the other "Iron Mike" - is one of the most notorious boxers Mike Tyson.

2. Ali was the dominant heavyweight fighter of the 1960s and 1970s. A fighter of exceptional speed, cunning and flair. He was born Cassius Clay, and under that name he won a gold medal at the 1960 Olympics in Rome. Clay joined the Nation of Islam and changed his name to Muhammad Ali.

3. Citing his Islamic faith, Ali refused to serve in the U.S. military during the war in Vietnam; he was sentenced to five years in prison for draft evasion, but later conviction  was reversed.
Ali retired from boxing in 1981, but he has remained one of the world's best-known athletes. In retirement Ali has suffered from Parkinson's Disease, a motor-skills illness which left him mostly unable to move and to speak.

4. Mike Tyson has become famous thanks to his actions both inside the ring and out. His speed, power and aggression made him the youngest champion ever. Soon he became the undisputed heavyweight champion of the world. One of his most famous fights, Tyson knocked out undefeated Michael Spinks in 91 seconds and earned $20 million.

5. He seemed invincible, until he was knocked out by the James "Buster" Douglas in 1990.
Then Tyson began making headlines for different reasons: his brief marriage to actress was followed by a bitter divorce battle. Later he was convicted of rape in 1992 and spent three years in prison.

6. A comeback was stymied in 1997 when he bit off a chunk of Evander Holyfield's ear in the middle of a match. Again he was jailed in 1999 for assault; and at a 2002 press conference he attacked opponent Lennox Lewis and bit his leg. Tyson reportedly earned over $400 million in his career.
